Mr Al Zarooni is the President of Dubai Sports City and has been pivotal in the project’s creation and development since its inception.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Khalid is actively associated with various companies and is one of the region’s most respected businessmen. He is Vice Chairman of the Emirates Cricket Board and also a Director of the Al Zarooni Group of Companies.

The Al Zarooni Group is one of the largest construction companies within Dubai, and is also known internationally, particularly for its residential golfing communities built in the United States.

The Group has received numerous “Best Community” awards and has been a pioneer in many business sectors, including real estate and retail mall ownership and management.
