The role also involves close coordination with internal teams to meet project needs, monitoring supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in procurement within the facilities management or MEP sectors.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, tendering processes and contract negotiation.
• Experience in sustainability and green procurement practices.
• Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Estimation Engineer will play a key role in developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of facilities management projects. This includes both hard and soft services MEP systems, civil works, cleaning, security, and landscaping. Estimation Engineer will be required to work closely with the business development, operations, procurement and project teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience of at least 6 years in estimation, preferably within the facilities management or MEP sectors.
• Strong understanding of FM service delivery models, pricing strategies and contract types.
• Proficient in MS Excel, estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
