What is the Payment Plan for North Point?

We offer two types of Payment Plan.
Option 1: Construction Linked payment plan with 50% Payment on completion, bank finance available.
Option 2: Post-Handover Payment Plan

What other fees do I need to pay in addition to the Purchase Price?

At the time of making the Down payment for reserving the property you also need to pay 4% Registration Fees of the Total Purchase Price in favor of Dubai Land Department.

Can I get Bank Finance for apartments in North Point?

Yes, Bank finance is available from all major banks. We have a special arrangement with Noor Bank whereby our customers are given preferential terms & rates.

Can I get Bank Finance if I am not a resident of Dubai?

Yes, Non-residents are also now eligible for Bank Finance subject to terms and conditions.

When will North Point be completed?

The service charge for similar apartments within the community is currently Aed 13 to Aed 15 per sqft. The Service charge for North Point should also be in a similar range which will be fixed upon completion as per the guidelines of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

When will the water be filled in within the Canal?

Currently the walkways around the canal are being completed and it is anticipated that water will be filled in by 4th Quarter of 2016.
