What is the Payment Plan for Marbella Village?

We offer Two types of Payment Plan.
Option 1: Construction Linked payment plan with 50% Payment on completion, bank finance available.
Option 2: Post-Handover Payment Plan

What other fees do I need to pay in addition to the Purchase Price?

At the time of making the Down payment for reserving the property you also need to pay 4% Registration Fees of the Total Purchase Price for Dubai Land Department.

When will the Marbella Village be completed?

The anticipated completion for the project is by 4th Quarter 2017.

What is the difference between and End Unit & Middle Unit?

The main difference is that the Middle Unit is attached on both sides with another townhouse whereas the End Unit on one side has an independent wall which is not attached to another villa. The Floor layouts of both the villas are same, there is a minor difference in the built-up area of both units.

Yes during off plan stage Bank finance up to 50% is available from all major banks. We have a special arrangement with Noor Bank whereby our customers are given preferential terms & rates.
